When I narrowed down the search criteria to an age range closer to my own I was left with 15. Seeing how I live in the suburbs of a big city I would expect this to be the case. Perusing the profiles they definitely seem to be of people looking for others who enjoy a slower pace and like animals and small towns.

You can sign up for a free profile and do pretty much everything on the site except contact others. Only paid members can send a first contact message. I hope these turn out to be false or at least isolated cases of individuals and not unstated company policies. That would be a terrible development for an industry that has just in the last couple of years started to take off with the general public.
