This guy is leaving the big dating sites like Match.com and Yahoo! Personals for smaller niche dating sites. This maybe the way to go for cyber daters, somewhat smaller pool of available matches but everybody has at least one thing in common. See the Niche Dating category for ideas in this area.

Ever considered using your cell phone for dating and relating? Many already do. Find out where the future of cyber dating maybe heading. With most phones having color screens, cameras and text and picture messaging these days, I could see this taking place. I just wish my cell phone could reliably send and receive calls, let alone using it for eflirting.

‘Bad date’ is in eye of the beholder
Find a good discussion of the pros and cons of using sites that rate cyber dater’s behavior. The author presents the idea that:
…I believe we teach people how to treat us. And if more single people tolerated less bad behaviour from other single people, perhaps those people would learn how to be better people.
An extended version of the Golden Rule came to mind: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you and if they don’t let them know about it.
